Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with Oatmilk and Cinnamon

Mostly shaken… and a little stirred. The perfect iced coffee for those quiet mornings soaking up the sun or that needed afternoon pick me up! This drink has all my favorite things: cinnamon, notes of molasses from brown sugar, plus everything coffee. Trust me, it’s sometimes a little too easy to make this delicious drink!

Instructions

  1. In a 16 ounce glass add the brown sugar, cinnamon, shots of espresso, a splash of oat milk, and a few ice cubes. Place a lid on the cup and shake until you see a foam start to form.
  2. Add more ice, top with the rest of the oatmilk, and cinnamon dusting.on top.
  3. Whip cream if desired, and enjoy!
