Caesar Salad Dressing

Caesar salad is one of those dishes that can function as so many different things. It can be a starter, a side dish, or even a whole meal! I think that is one of the reasons why I love it so much, it’s really flexible and can go with almost any meal. And if I am being honest, it seems kind of fancy but it’s really not.

People love Caesar salad, I never have to worry about making this dish for someone to have them say they really dislike it. It’s a safe dish to make for a bunch of picky eaters!

Okay there are a lot of caesar salads out, but this one is the best. Why you might ask – the dressing. This dressing is what separates this salad from all the other caesar salads out there. I have a problem with almost all salad dressing that you buy at a store, they’re just no good. But especially when it comes to caesar salad dressing. Homemade is the way to go.

Growing up my mom never bought salad dressings, which led me to believe that everyone just made their own. As I got older I quickly realized that wasn’t the case, and to be honest most people had no idea how to make their own dressings.

Salad dressings are so easy to make, so much healthier than buying them, and not to mention the flavor and taste of fresh homemade dressing is what dreams are made of. Let me show you how to make every salad taste a million times better, for cheaper, and so quick and easy.
